Benklink is led by a promoter with over 30 years of diverse experience, ranging from branch banking to senior leadership in banking, cooperative finance, housing finance, project finance, consortium lending and institutional lending.

During his distinguished professional career, he has served as an Officer and Branch In-charge in a Regional Rural Bank; held senior executive positions including District Manager (Regional Head) in a District Central Cooperative Bank, General Manager and Additional Managing Director in a State Cooperative Bank, Chief Director in the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), Senior Project Finance Officer in the National Housing Bank (NHB), Faculty at the Agriculture Cooperative & Staff Training Institute (ACSTI), and as a Professional Director on the Board of a Cooperative Bank.

This diverse experience covers agriculture and rural lending, retail and MSME lending, cooperative banking, project and loan appraisal, housing finance, consortium and institutional lending, refinance, development finance, lending to State Governments and cooperative institutions, banking operations including audit & inspection, credit management, and financial and general administration from branch level to head office. His experience also includes training & capacity building as a faculty member in the cooperative sector.
